A proactive traffic stop by the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of nearly 20 grams of fentanyl on Monday, May 6.
According to HCSO, deputies conducting a patrol in the area of Wiscon Road and California Street stopped a vehicle after noticing an unreadable tag due to an equipment violation. Deputy Dimartino initiated the stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Jammie Nadeau, 38, and the passenger, Kelly Miller, 35.
