NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE EASEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, will hold a public hearing on January 11, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, to consider and determine whether or not the County will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described easements:
Easement #1
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 348, Royal Highlands Unit 5 Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 45 through 59, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; thence N0°00’00”E for 7.50 feet; thence N90°00’00”E for 200.00 feet; thence S0°00’00”E for 7.50 feet; thence N90°00’00”W for 200 feet; to the Point of Beginning of TRACT 1, containing 0.03 acres more or less.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 348, Royal Highlands Unit 5 Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 45 through 59, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; thence S90°00’00”W for 7.50 feet; thence N0°00’00”E for 100.00 feet; thence S90°00’00”E for 7.50 feet; thence S0°00’00”W for 100.00 feet; to the Point of Beginning of TRACT 1, containing 0.02 acres more or less.
