THOMAS BIELAWSKI, Defendant, and to all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against Defendant, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you to Quiet Title on real property in Hernando County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast comer of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 21 East, Hernando County, Florida, run thence South 00° 28’49” West along the East line of said Section 20, a distance of 356.40 feet; thence South 88° 18’40” West, 313.20 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Croom Rital Road; thence North 09° 44’30” West along said Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 312.11 feet; thence departing said right-of-way line, South 89° 41’29” East 99.44 feet; thence North 00° 28’49” East, 60.00 feet to the East/West 1/2 Section line; thence South 89° 41’29” East 268.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an undivided interest in and to that certain Access and Utility Tract as described hereon. ACCESS AND UTILITY TRACT – The West 60 feet of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 21 East, Hernando County, Florida, LESS the North 622.90 feet thereof, AND the North 60 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 20, lying East of Croom Rital Road, LESS the East 268.92 feet thereof.
TOGETHER WITH 1988 CHAM Doublewide Mobile Home D #048163C4178A&B, Title #45781393 & Title #45767681, RP #R443767 & R443768, which is permanently affixed to above-described property.
The action was instituted in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, Hernando County, Florida, and is styled RICHARD C. SULTENFUSS and MARY ELIZABETH SULTENFUSS vs. THOMAS BIELAWSKI. The case number is 2021-CA975.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on V. ROSS SPANO, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10101 Bloomingdale Ave. Suite 203, Riverview; FL 33578, on or before April 7, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff’s interest which will be binding upon you.
