NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brooksville is advertising a Request for Proposals for RFP-DPW-2025-0007 – Engineering Services for William S. Smith WRF Expansion. The bid will be released on Friday, April 18, 2025. Specifications will be posted on the City of Brooksville’s website and on BidNetDirect HYPERLINK “https://brooksvillefl.sharepoint.com/sites/acquirement/Shared Documents/PROCUREMENT/BIDS Data/2024 BIDS/2021 BIDS/Road Paving Phase one/www.bidnetdirect.com”www.bidnetdirect.com). Sealed responses must include all required documents contained in the request as well as the Bid Form.
Sealed and properly identified bid packets will be received by the City up to and including 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 1, 2025 with the bid opening held immediately thereafter. The bid packets must be mailed or delivered to the City of Brooksville’s Procurement Division, 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601. The Bid Opening will be held in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, Council Chambers (City Hall), 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601.
A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the above location. This will be followed by a site-visit.
Questions must be submitted by Monday, April 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to BidNetDirect or HYPERLINK “mailto:[email protected]” [email protected].
The Bid Evaluation Meeting will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the above location.
The City reserves the right to reject, waive technicalities, and/or negotiate any or all qualifications and procedures. Packets not received for any reason by the due date/time will not be accepted.
