Little Rock Cannery: Clam Chowder Base
This class will pressure can clam chowder base that is preheated with adding milk and butter to create your soup. We will be pressure canning both Manhattan and New England Clam Chowder Base into half-pint jars. Each student student will take home one half-pint of each base and we will sample the recipes during class.
This class is limited to a max of 8 persons.
All classes are non-refundable.
