With the combination of citrus, savory spice, and a little kick of heat these tacos are ready for the table with little meal prep. This is a hands on pressure canning class. We will also make fresh tortillas and test our seasonings during lunch. Each student will go home with a recipe card and a pint jar of El Pastor Pork Tacos. This is a hands on class. All students will go home with a jar of product. Price: $40.00 This class is limited to a max of 10 persons. All Classes are non-refundable.
