Former Hernando defensive coordinator to become Parrott Middle head coach

BROOKSVILLE- There has been another change when it comes to football coaches throughout Hernando County and this time it’s on the middle school level.

D.S. Parrott Middle School has become a good stepping stone for coaches to hone their skills before taking on the same role at the high school level. Now a former Hernando High School coach will be taking over the reins come this fall.

Grading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2020 NFL Draft class

TAMPA- If you were hoping for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to continue loading up on skill players (like I was), you were entirely let down by the NFL Draft 2020. The Buccaneers made sure to draft players to continue providing more talent around newly acquired quarterback Tom Brady, but also adding some much needed protection on the offensive line.

The San Francisco 49ers have been one of the top teams in the National Football League this season and they are inching themselves one more step closer to taking the No. 1 seed in the NFC. They took another step in that direction last Saturday night when the 49ers were able to defeat NFC West rival Los Angeles Rams 34-31 in a primetime matchup. Now the 49ers have a chance to win the NFC West crown and lockup a home field playoff game when they face the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday night Dec. 29, 2019 when they travel up to the northwest.

Orlando, Fla.--- Just a chance!

The long bus ride that started from the campus of Nature Coast Tech High School was symbolic of the long journey that these Sharks started way back in the month of August. The journey included the hard work they endured, the sweat dripping under the blazing hot summer sun and the irritation of the many disappointments of games that were lost.

It’s all about the experience.
