Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, DOUG CHORVAT, JR., the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hernando County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in person at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601, at 11:00 a.m. on May 6, 2021.
