NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 4, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-CA-118, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein WIZ LONG TERM INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH T. VALURE, et al., are Defendant(s).
DOUG CHORVAT, JR., the Clerk of Court for Hernando County, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., outside of the Civil Department, Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street in Brooksville, on February 23, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 96, SPRING HILL, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 65-79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO, FLORIDA,

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
