    to a Final Summary Judgment of
    Foreclosure entered on November 10,

    above styled cause, the undersigned

    as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
    7, Page 5, public records of Hernando
    County, Florida.
    to the highest and best bidder for cash
    on January 19, 2021, at the Hernando
    County Government Center, 20 N. Main
    Street Rm 245, Brooksville, Florida, beginning
    at 11 :00 a.m., subject to all ad
    valorem taxes and assessments for the
    real property described above.

    IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE
    SALE , IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE
    PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE
    DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST
