and commonly known as: 16124 PAWNEE DRIVE, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601; including the building , appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on Oct. 20, at 11:00 A.M.
