NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Kass Circle Community Redevelopment Agency is conducting a public meeting on Tuesday November 28, 2023, beginning at 3:00 pm or shortly after in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida 34601. The purpose of the meeting will be to approve the Kass Circle CRA meeting schedule for 2024, the minutes from November 29, 2022 and the budget that was approved as part of the Hernando County Budget for Fiscal Year 2024 as adopted at the public hearing on September 26, 2023.
All meetings are open to the public. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, Agency or Commission with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, meeting or workshop, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony any evidence upon which the appeal is based.
