PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the sale of the real estate located at Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 and further described as:
Lot 9, Block 83, Garden Grove, as per plat thereof recorded in plat Book 3, Page 38, public records of Hernando County, Florida LESS the westerly 7.9 feet thereof which is included in the right-of-way for US Highway No. 41 And LESS right-of-way for US 41 as Described in ORB 1787, Page 374
Subject to Restrictions contained in deed from Garden Grove, Inc., a Florida corporation, recorded in deed Book 58, Page 73, public records of Hernando County, Florida.
Subject to Reservation of an easement over, under and through a three-foot strip along a continuous to each boundary line of such lot, which abuts property other than a street, avenue or way platted as such, for public utility purposes, as contained in deed from Garden Grove, Inc., recorded in deed Book 58, Page 73, public records of Hernando County, Florida.

THIS PROPOSED PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT may be inspected by the public in Hernando County Administration Office, 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, FL 34604, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., M-F, legal holidays excepted.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT to appear and be heard at this public meeting and/or to send any written objections to the County Commissioners at 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, FL 34604.
YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
