NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-160
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, at its duly held public hearing on September 14, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2021-160 to vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any ownership rights of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of right-of-way:
That portion of Cristobal Avenue and that part of certain 16-foot platted alleys, in map of Rerdell, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 5, of the public records of Hernando County, Florida, described as:
That part of Cristobal Avenue lying between Block 35, lying east of U.S. Highway 301 and Block 46, and that 16-foot platted alley lying between lots 1-5 and lots 6-10, Block 46, and that part of 16-foot platted alley between lots 1 and 10, Block 35, lying east of U.S. Highway 301.
AND, said Resolution hereby renounces any right of the County and the public in and to the aforesaid land.
