NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the sale of the real estate located at Ardmore Road, Brooksville, FL 34601 and further described as:
Commence at a point 5 chains West and 58 links North of the southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, Township 22 South, Range 19 East, on the North side of the right of way of the Centralia Branch Railroad, thence run South 78°19’ West along the North right of way boundary of the Centralia Branch Railroad 348.6 feet for the point of beginning, run thence North 168.6 feet, thence , North 78°19’ East 60 feet, thence South 168.6 feet, thence, South 78°19’ West along the North right of way boundary of the Centralia Branch Railroad 60 feet to the Point of Beginning, Hernando County, Florida,
