The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider variance request(s) on March 8, at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

LEGAL: Lot 31, Palm Grove Colony, Unit 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 17, public records of Hernando County, FL
