PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the sale of the real estate located at Oakdale Avenue, Brooksville, Florida and further described as:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 22 South, Range 19 East, Hernando County, Florida, run thence West 200 feet, thence run North 80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, continue North 85 feet, thence run East 100 feet, thence run South 85 feet, thence run West 100 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for the purpose of ingress and egress over the below described land:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest corner of the Northwest corner of Section 22, Township 22 South, Range 19 East, Hernando County, Florida, run thence West 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, from said Point of Beginning run North 205 feet, thence run East 40 feet, thence run North 15 feet, thence run West 60 feet, thence run South 220 feet, thence run East 20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

THIS PROPOSED PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT may be inspected by the public in the Hernando County Administration, 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, FL 34604, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., M-F, legal holidays excepted.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT to appear and be heard at this public meeting and/or to send any written objections to the County Commissioners at 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604.
YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
