NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 121.055, (1) (b) 1.a, Florida Statutes, that it is the intent of Hernando County Board of County Commissioners to designate the Community Services Director under BOCC as Senior Management Service Class as defined within Chapter 121, Florida Statutes, effective April 1, 2023.
