Allstate Construction, Inc., the Construction Manager, will receive sealed bid proposals from pre-qualified trade contractors for the DEP Weeki Wachee Spring State Park Improvements, Spring Hill, FL for the following work:
02A – Selective Demolition
03A – Concrete
06A – Carpentry & Exterior Siding
07A – Roofing
09A – Painting
13A – Pre-Engineered Shelter (Observation Deck)
22A – Plumbing
26A – Electrical
32A – Fencing
Sealed bid proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 23, 2023, at 5718 Tower Rd, Tallahassee, Florida, 32303.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 8, 2023, at 10:00am at the project site: 6131 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606.
