HERNANDO/CITRUS
METROPOLITAN PLANNING
ORGANIZATION (MPO) BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, Florida . Items on the agenda include but are not limited to:
-review and approval of April 6, 2023, meeting Minutes
-review and adoption of the FY 2024-FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
-review and approval of the annual update of the List of Priority Projects (LOPP)
-review and approval of the FY 2024 annual update of the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
-review and approval on the Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) Phase II
-review and approval of the Transportation Disadvantaged Planning Grant Applications – FY 2023/2024 for
Hernando County and Citrus County
-presentation on the 2050 Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Scope A Socioeconomic Forecast
-review of the FY 2024 Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) budget and review of the
Financial Report for the Quarter Ending March 31, 2023
All meetings are open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, Section 286.0105 F.S.
