TO: HERNASCO CORPORATION; ROYAL PALM BEACH COLONY, INC.;
ROYAL PALM BEACH COLONY, L.P.; FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY;
HERNANDO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR;
AND IF SAID DEFENDANTS ARE DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED.

A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Jennifer C. Rey, Esquire, The Hogan Law Firm, LLC, attorney for Plaintiff, Michelle J. Buckler, as Personal Representative of the Estate of BEATRICE GAIL RAVER BUCKLER, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 485, Brooksville, FL 34605, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this notice; otherwise a deault will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
