YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Verified Complaint for Partition under the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act concerning four parcels real property further described as:
1. Lot 10, Block E, LAKE LINDSEY CITY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, also known as LaCross Street, Brooksville, Florida with a Parcel ID Number of R25-121-19-0560-00E0-0100 ;
2. Lots 21 and 22, Block E, LAKE LINDSEY CITY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, also known as Panorama Street, Brooksville, Florida with a Parcel ID Number of R25-121-19-0560-00E0-0210 ;
3. Lots 23 and 24, Block E, LAKE LINDSEY CITY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, also known as Panorama Street, Brooksville, Florida with a Parcel ID Number of R25-121-19-0560-00E0-0230 ; and
4. Lots 25 and 26, Block E, LAKE LINDSEY CITY, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, also known as 22365 Panorama Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 with a Parcel ID Number of R25-121-19-0560-00E0-0250;
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Karen E. Leonardo, Esq., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before March 13, 2024, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
