NOTICE OF ACTION

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, HERNANDO COUNTY, by and through its undersigned counsel and pursuant to Section 49.08, Florida Statutes, and after filing the sworn Affidavit gives Notice of Action declaring all right, title and interest in the Faculty Road Parcel described below by adverse possession by HERNANDO COUNTY against RIDGE MANOR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION N/K/A ROLAND INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION to:

Ridge Manor Development Corporation, a Florida corporation n/k/a Roland International Corporation, a dissolved Florida corporation.

All parties claiming interests by, through, under or against RIDGE MANOR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation n/k/a ROLAND INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a dissolved Florida corporation, et al., along with all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described: to wit:

THE TRACT LABELED “RETENTION POND” THAT IS SITUATED BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 103, RIDGE MANOR ESTATES,
UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA

must file written defenses to said action with the Hernando County Clerk of the Court and serve a copy of said defenses upon Kyle J. Benda, Assistant County Attorney, Hernando County Attorney’s Office, 20 N Main Street, Suite 462, Brooksville, Florida 34601 on or before February 27, 2022.
