FOR CROSS-CLAIM
TO: ANDREA L. GROSE, WHO IS KNOWN TO BE LIVING AND WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS WAS 6705 FORBES RD, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33540; AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Cross-Claim was filed against you by Barbara Coeville to quiet the title to the following real property located in Hernando County, Florida:
Lot 9, SMALL FARMS DIVISION, RIVER HEIGHTS ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 87-90 inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
Tax Parcel No. R09 123 21 1120 0000 0090
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Cross-Claim by mailing a copy of the same to Jeffrey R. Dollinger, Esquire, the attorney for the Cross-Plaintiff, whose mailing address is 4923 NW 43rd Street, Suite A, Gainesville, Florida 32606, on or before March 17, 2023, and you are required to file the original document stating your written defenses to the Cross-Claim with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Cross-Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Cross-Claim Complaint.
