Box 5535, SPRING HILL, FL 34611 on July 5, 2024 or before and file the original with the clerk of this Court at HERNANDO County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided:
No joint property, No Joint Personal Property; No Joint real Property, The Wife to keep her personal items, and assets, and the Husband to keep his personal items, and assets.
