YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Dissolution of your Marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CESAR MESTRE-PEREZ, ESQ. Attorney for Petitioner/Wife, Email address: [email protected] and whose mailing address is 4100 Lamson Avenue, Spring Hill, FL 34608, USA, on or before (date) June 7th, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at
HERNANDO COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, USA before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the HERNANDO SUN NEWSPAPER.
