The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 990 ORGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR October 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.72 ACRES OF PROPERTY BEARING HERNANDO COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER’S KEY NUMBER 358678, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 380 FEET EAST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 41 (SOUTH BROAD STREET) AT 805 WEST DR MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1, FROM ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION R-1A TO C-1; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
