NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accord with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2020 and entered in 2020CA000563CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida wherein ROLPH FAMILY TRUST is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF LAURIE M. WILLETT, THOMAS WILLETT, FRANCIS GUCKIAN, KIMBERLY KROLAK as a TENANT IN POSSESSION and any UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. DOUG CHORVAT, JR. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 at the time of 11:00AM on the 16th day of February, 2021, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
