NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-0405 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit in and for HERNANDO County, Florida, wherein LAWRENCE B. VAN FOSSEN is the Plaintiff, and HELEN PATRICIA GOODISKI, deceased, and Unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the ESTATE OF HELEN PATRICIA GOODISKI, now deceased, who are known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants. Doug Chorvat, Jr., as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. C-26, CAMPER’S HOLIDAY, a condominium under the laws of the State of Florida, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 669, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida. SUBJECT TO all the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 140, Page 659, and all subsequent amendments thereto as duly recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, which the Grantees do hereby agree to observe and perform.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1973, MANUFACTURED HOME, ID#’S 351618; TITLE #’S 9644892 LOCATED ON SAID PREMISES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
