NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROCEEDING REGARDING CONTRACT SOLICITATION PROTEST
Hernando County will hold an informal proceeding in the Hernando County Administration Building, Administrative Conference Room, 15470 Flight Path Drive Brooksville, FL 34604, on January 18, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm EST. This meeting is open to the public.
The Hernando County Administrator will hear statements and arguments, and receive evidence, from GFL Environmental and the County regarding GFL Environmental’s opposition to the Hernando County Chief Procurement Officer’s decision on GFL Environmental’s protest of solicitation No. 23-PQ00289, Pre-qualification for Residential Solid Waste Collection Services. Public comments are not permitted.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statutes § 286.0105, that any persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the
meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
