Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order as to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment as to Count VI of Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint docketed on January 23, 2019, and the Order Directing Clerk to Sell Real Property docketed on March 5, 2019, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, I, DOUG CHOVAT, JR., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of April, 2019, the following descripted real property as set forth in the Order Directing Clerk to Sell Real Property, to wit:
