The City Council for the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Meeting in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, on
February 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to hear First Reading of Ordinance No. 923. The purpose of the petition is to hear a request to rezone an approximately 413-acre tract from RPDP (Residential Planned Development Project) to PDP-MU (Planned Development Project-Mixed Use). Located on the south side of Southern Hills Boulevard, north of Powell Road and approximately 2,250 feet east of the intersection of Broad Street and Southern Hills Boulevard. (The application/petition and a complete legal description may be obtained in the Community Development Department Office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601).
