The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, 34601. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 972 will be heard March 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BROOKSVILLE,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND, PROVIDING FOR TIIE
DESIGNATION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND AS THE RECIPIENT OF FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.387, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT, SEVERABILITY, REPEAL AND CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
