The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, 34601. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 969 will be heard September 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUBPART B, “LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,” OF PART II OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES, INCLUDING ARTICLE II, “ZONING DISTRICTS, USES AND LOT REQUIREMENTS,” PART 2-3, “SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT AREA, HEIGHT, BULK AND PLACEMENT REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE III, “SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS,” PART 3-4, “PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT DISTRICTS,” ARTICLE IV, “GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS, PART 4-4, “SUBDIVISION AND SITE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS,” PART 4-5, “LANDSCAPING AND TREE PROTECTION,” AND PART 4-6, “FENCES AND WALLS,” ARTICLE VII, “SIGNS” PART 7-1, “SIGN REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE VIII, “ADMINISTRATION, APPLICATION AND APPEAL PROCEDURES,” PART 8-1, “ADMINISTRATION,” AND ARTICLE XI, “DEFINITIONS,” PART 11-1, “CONTENTS;” PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND REPEALER, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
