The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a variance request on July 27, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

PURPOSE: Variance to Article IV (Zoning District Regulations), Section 2 (Residential Districts), Appendix A (Zoning) to install a 60’x 60’ metal detached garage for personal use
GENERAL
LOCATION: Southeast of Commercial Hwy and Northeast of Hexam Rd
LEGAL: 10234 Maybird Ave, Royal Highlands, Unit 6, Lot 3, Blk 338 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 67 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
