NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 136 in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, wherein PANTHER I, LLC., is the Plaintiff, and BERNARD DUZINSKI, JR., is the Defendant, I will sell to the best and highest bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, in Room 245, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, on the 3rd day of August 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Parcel 1: Commence at the Southwest comer of the North 463.7 feet of the East 469.7 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, run thence North parallel with section line, a distance of 75 feet; thence East parallel with section line, a distance of 200 feet; thence South parallel with section line, a distance of 75 feet; thence run West to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

AND

Parcel 2: Commence at the Southwest corner of the North 463.7 feet of the East 469.7 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, run thence North parallel with section line, a distance of 75 feet; thence East parallel with section line, a distance of 200 feet, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence East parallel with section line, a distance of 35 feet, thence South parallel with section line, a distance of 75 feet; thence West parallel with section line, a distance of 35 feet; thence North to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
