Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 29, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4, QUAIL MEADOWS PHASE I (AKA DEERFIELD PER NAME CHANGE OF DEVELOPMENT IN O.R. BOOK 988, PAGE 47), AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 15462 SARATOGA DR, SPRING HILL, FL 34604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on June 25, 2019 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
