NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 22, 2021, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Block 1347, Spring Hill, Unit 20, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 65-80, of the public records of Hernando County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 9, 2021, at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida, beginning at 11 :00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
