NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment filed on March 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 27 2017 CA 001031 CA, of the Circuit Court in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD J. CZAJKA A/K/A RICHARD CZAJKA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD J. CZAJKA A/K/A RICHARD CZAJKA, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICHARD J. CZAJKA A/K/A RICHARD CZAJKA, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on May 22, 2018, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment: 

LOT 9, BLOCK 1750, SPRING HILL UNIT #26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 77 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 4445 Bayridge Court, Spring Hill, FL  34606,

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.

NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
