Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated March 28, 2018, entered in case number 2017CA-001268 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., successor by merger with
CenterState Bank, N.A. f/k/a CenterState Bank West Florida, N.A. f/k/a Community National Bank of Pasco County is Plaintiff, and MARY OLGA SARGENT, JOHN DOE n/k/a Ryan Chesler and JANE DOE n/k/a Cassandra Chesler, are Defendants, I will sell at public sale on May 22, 2018 to the highest bidder for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, immediately outside of Room 245, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, beginning at 11:00 a.m. eastern time, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot W-24, WEEKI-WACHEE, WOODLANDS, UNIT NO. 1 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 88A – 88B, public records of Hernando County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
