NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Settlor, Raymond C. Mazzola (date of birth, July 10, 1934), died September 19, 2020. (The Co-Settlor, Jean M. Mazzola died January 28, 2007). There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Raymond C. Mazzola and Jean M.Mazzola Living Trust dated September 26, 2001, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Linda M. DeWilde, Successor Trustee, 22023 Gordon Rd., St. Clair Shores, MI 48081 within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
