TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Ronald R. Full, deceased, Case Number 2024CP000898, by the Circuit Court for Hernando County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 20 N. Main St., Brooksville, Florida 34601. The Decedent was found deceased on April 10, 2024; the total value of the estate is approximately $10,047.40, and that the names and addresses of whom it has been assigned by such order are Heather Bullock, 5285 44th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate, OTHER THAN THOSE FOR WHOM PROVISION FOR FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE IN THE Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICATBLE TIME PERID, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
A Personal Representative or Curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the Decedent’s death by the Decedent or the Decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228 applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a Creditor, as specified under s. 732.2211.
