YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, Case No. 2016CA001399, for a partition of real property located at Lot 2, Block 2, LAKE IN THE WOODS, PHASE VI, as per the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 83-84, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida AKA 4453 Lake In The Woods Drive, Spring Hill, Florida 34607, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 60 days from the date of the first publication, February 10, 2017, to attorney, Dessa Willson, whose address is 1725 East 5th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605 and file the original with the Clerk of Court Hernando County, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 – 2800, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Hernando Sun. Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of Circuit Court’s office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the Clerk of Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address.
