Official Notice:
Vincent Academy Adventure Coast, Inc. (VAAC) is seeking proposals to Build the new Vincent House Pasco. This project consists of permitting and construction of the new building, parking lot, and road access and all other aspects of the approximately 9,200 S.F. facility located at 11397 Denton Ave., Hudson, FL 34667.
Documents pertaining to the project are located on the home page of www.wrec.net under the VAAC tab.
A mandatory one-time meeting will be held on site on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Attendees will receive a full bid package at the meeting.
This project is partially funded by the department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All Davis-Bacon Wage and HUD requirements must be met.
