Please to announce Charles McWilliams of 16191 Pawnee Drive has been appointed Commander of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement (Ref. 88OBRE0107167KNACBCC112022) of India, a worldwide charitable/humanitarian, relief organization. The idea of aid, altruism and unselfish assistance, as part of the Red and Blue Cross and Red and Blue Crescent Movements, has the purpose “to protect life and health and to ensure respect for the human being,” in both times of conflict and in peace [#IRRC No. 260]. Commander McWilliams will maintain a rural post at 16191 Pawnee Drive, Brooksville, Florida, as an office of communication; tools, reserves, and supplies; bureau of information and correspondence; sanitary service; and religious sanctuary.
