NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2021 and an Order Resetting Sale dated March 28, 2024 and entered in Case No. 272019CA000485CAAXMX of the Circuit Court in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein REPUBLIC BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a Kentucky Corporation is Plaintiff and JAMES A. NARCISE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. NARCISE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIEES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR LCIAMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED. UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601., at 11:00 a.m., on May 14, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
SITUATED IN HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 1, BLOCK 717, OF SPRING HILL, UNIT 12 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 74 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNAND O COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS, LEASES AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS, ALL RIGHTS OF WAY, ALL ZONING BUILDING AND OTHER LAWS, ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS, ALL RIGHTS OF TENANTS IN POSSESSION, AND ALL REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS NOT YET DUE AND PAYABLE, BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 1117, PAGE 1566, OF THER HENANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDS.

THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
