NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brooksville is inviting Requests for Proposals for a Design/Build Team of qualified and experienced members for the design, permitting and construction of an approximately onea thousand (1000) square foot splash pad, parking, integrated (dry) play structure, sidewalks, site lighting and shade pavilions with a planned connection between the new playground and splash pad.
Specifications are available on the Florida Bid System (www.bidnetdirect.com). A link to the Florida Bid System (www.bidnetdirect.com) is also provided on the City’s Website. Sealed responses must include qualifications regarding the type of work specified in the request, as well as what type of procedures that would be used. Sealed and properly identified packets will be received by the City up to and including 1:00 p.m. local time, November 10, 2021. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing in City Chambers.
The City reserves the right to reject, waive technicalities, and/or negotiate any or all qualifications and procedures. Packets not received for any reason by the due date/time will not be accepted.
