Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource Permit Application Number 828252 from RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc., whose address 200 Galleria Parkway S.E., Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30339. Application received May 01, 2019.
The proposed activity includes constructing a new 8,100 SQ. FT. RaceTrac convenience store with gas along with an underground exfiltration system, discharging to an offsite DRA.

Project size: +/- 5.40 acres.
Location: S.W. corner of Bronson Blvd & Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34602.

The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Bartow Service Office, 170 Century Blvd., Bartow, FL 33830. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the days of this notice. If you wish to be notified of intended agency action or an opportunity to request an administrative hearing regarding the application, you must send a written request referencing the permit application number to the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
