Vertex Development, LLC, is proposing a 190’ monopole-type telecommunications tower within a 4,900 square foot (MOL) lease area to be located west of Shoal Line Blvd, north of Cofer Rd in Weeki Wachee, Florida, coordinates N28-32-20.7, W082-37-07.9. The FAA has determined marking and lighting are not necessary for aviation safety (FAA Study 2016-ASO-12887-OE).
