1 ½ Cups uncooked white Rice
2 Cups chicken broth
3 Tablespoons chopped sweet onion
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ cup Chunky Salsa
In heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat and stir in onions and cook until tender.
When onions tender mix in rice stirring often. Your rice will start to turn brown, you will then stir in chicken broth and salsa. Reduce heat and cover skillet and simmer for est 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
Hint: Serve with any side dishes steak, sausage.
